Racism is not scriptural, sexism is not scriptural, we are all equals under God, and there is not any favouritism
Gal 3:26 for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. Gal 3:27 for as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. Gal 3:29 And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise.
there is no super sin …all sins is equal, love the sinner not the sin
Rom 2:1 Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things. Rom 2:2 We know that the judgment of God rightly falls on those who practice such things. Rom 2:3 Do you suppose, O man--you who judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself--that you will escape the judgment of God? Rom 2:4 Or do you presume on the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that God's kindness is meant to lead you to repentance? Rom 2:5 But because of your hard and impenitent heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God's righteous judgment will be revealed. Rom 2:6 He will render to each one according to his works: Rom 2:7 to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life; Rom 2:8 but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury. Rom 2:9 There will be tribulation and distress for every human being who does evil, the Jew first and also the Greek, Rom 2:10 but glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good, the Jew first and also the Greek. Rom 2:11 For God shows no partiality. Rom 2:12 For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
having people hungry on street is not scriptural, Jesus thinks we must feed them
Mar 6:35 And when it grew late, his disciples came to him and said, "This is a desolate place, and the hour is now late. Mar 6:36 Send them away to go into the surrounding countryside and villages and buy themselves something to eat." Mar 6:37 But he answered them, "You give them something to eat."
having people poor is not scriptural, Jesus assumes we will look after people that is struggling.
2Co 8:1 We want you to know, brothers, about the grace of God that has been given among the churches of Macedonia, 2Co 8:2 for in a severe test of affliction, their abundance of joy and their extreme poverty have overflowed in a wealth of generosity on their part. 2Co 8:3 For they gave according to their means, as I can testify, and beyond their means, of their own accord, 2Co 8:4 begging us earnestly for the favour of taking part in the relief of the saints-- 2Co 8:5 and this, not as we expected, but they gave themselves first to the Lord and then by the will of God to us… 2Co 8:13 For I do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened, but that as a matter of fairness 2Co 8:14 your abundance at the present time should supply their need, so that their abundance may supply your need, that there may be fairness. 2Co 8:15 As it is written, "Whoever gathered much had nothing left over, and whoever gathered little had no lack."
We live in a society where sexism is the humour of our day, the racism card is pulled out at any given time that I feel offended by a person of another race…”no absolutely not is this a mere personal misunderstanding between two guys wanting the same parking spot…its RACISM I TELL YOU, he planned it all….blah…blah…blah!” Ridiculous I say, (makes me think they had something in the middle ages, if you disagree with someone, battle it out and everything is sorted)…and kids are still dying alone and hungry through out the world…
2Ti 3:1 But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. 2Ti 3:2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 2Ti 3:3 heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, 2Ti 3:4 treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 2Ti 3:5 having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. 2Ti 3:6 For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, 2Ti 3:7 always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth.
We think we can do this all ourselves, this whole life thing, without letting God in and being a part of it, we are deceived, both inside and outside of church. For we flaunt these morality rules and we put them up on pedestals, just so they can come crashing down and after the ‘thud’ when the dust had settled… we quickly think of a nice excuse why it happened ,justifying it and life just carries on. We make big issues of everything except of the really big issues. Why? Because we want to do it ourselves, we create rules and regulations to be followed, we write papers on proper conduct, people paint pictures, write poetry and make movies about how tough Africa is, how dangerous it is in countries where missionaries try to get Christ message across, we do it all….and still nothing ever gets fixed. People are still judged, alone, abandoned, and hungry… Self redemption is not scriptural-WE CANNOT REDEEM OURSELVES!!!WE NEED JESUS!! Joh 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If we were able to redeem ourselves then why did Jesus have to die on the cross, why did He go through all that pain, agony, why would a loving Father put His ONE AND ONLY SON on a cross to die for a world that can save themselves? A world that has all the answers, that is just repainting everything now and again so that it looks new and clued up!! Because… We cannot …
We are not equipped to do so…the problem is we think we can, we think we can do anything!!
God never wastes pain...NEVER!! May Jesus BE THE REVELATION to us IN TRUTH AND WISDOM!!
